Hi, I’m Lillian! I’m a full-spectrum doula serving Guelph and surrounding areas. As the founder of As You Are Doula Care, I’m here to support you on your journey, provide knowledge + information, and help you feel comforted and supported through your journey. I invite you to listen to your intuition, trust the process, and be the guide of your own experience - I’m just along for the ride.

A bit about me, I attended the University of Waterloo and hold a Bachelor of Liberal Arts, minor in Gender and Social Justice (BA). I trained as a doula through Birthworker Academy. I’ve worked previously as a nanny both in Ontario and Nova Scotia and as an Au Pair in Spain. I’m certified through the Academy of Divine Alchemy as a Usui Reiki level 1+2 practitioner!

From the time I was little, I have been baby obsessed (even nicknamed the baby whisperer at age 10) so I knew a job in the birth world was always for me. I find the magic of the human body, and pregnancy in particular, fascinating. I believe in the energy that flows through and connects us all and see the vitalness of relationships and community, especially in transformational life stages.
